At our monitoring centers, switches route incoming phone calls to the next available agent. More than 20,000,000 customer service and troubleshooting calls are handled every year, and 85% are answered within 3 rings of the phone.
We also operate the only virtual monitoring centers in our industry. If one monitoring center becomes non-operational, all calls are automatically rerouted to another, with no interruption in service.
